  • Or Stroll the captivating dunes that surround the "Club" and, while you're walking, find some bait so you could surf cast at night and our chef could prepare your catch the next day!
  • If you dare, you could even pick-up your e-mails . Or just relax in your hammock, watching the doves and a myriad of other colorful birds that inhabit "CI".
  • And then later in the day watch satellite direct TV, including all the premium channels, in our lounge - and snack on some french fries and Casquinha de Siri ( a flavorful and hearty soup filled with Crab meat.)

Shopping Tours

The congenial staff at Club Imbassai will arrange shopping tours to a number of various shopping areas all within an hour drive from the CLUB or less.

Praia do Forte

A nearby tourist center replete with many interesting shops, art galleries, handicraft stands, restaurants, ancient churches, and other historical and fascinating sites. Here one can find quaint native owned shops where artisans of every type display their hand-made garments such as shawls, embroidered shirts, T-shirts and polo shirts of every description and color. Artisans also display wonderful native art and paintings, hand-made hammocks, hand carved native wooden statuary, hand baked ceramics and, of course, a myriad of terrific souvenirs

This vibrant little town is also home to an endangered giant sea turtle preserve which you will surely want to visit during your tour.

Salvador Da Bahia

Salvador, Bahia's capital and the colonial capital of Brazil nearly 500 years ago lies less than an hours drive south of Imbassai. In Salvador, the Old and the New Worlds fuse to create a culture that vibrates with life music and art. Teeming with historic sites, nightlife, restaurants, art galleries and shopping emporiums, it is the other Bahia you don't want to miss.
